The Six Million
Dollar Man:
Fall of Man
For The Six Million Dollar Man: Fall of Man trade collection, I designed the cover, book layout, and accompanying ad campaign materials. The purpose was to create a unified package faithful to the classic series’ brand while appealing to both longtime fans and new readers.

My Approach
My direction drew from the character’s 1970s origins without veering into retro parody, capturing the energy of Steve Austin’s world through movement and rhythm. Skewed title typography and circuit-inspired cover and interior elements reinforced the high action, sci-fi narrative, while a coordinated visual identity across ads and marketing ensured a seamless, recognizable launch.
Reflections
This project allowed me to bridge nostalgia with contemporary design thinking. Respecting a character’s roots is always a welcome challenge.
